7s Season Practice: Tuesday & Thursdays, 6:30p - 8:30p (June-August)
Summer Touch League: Thursdays, 6:30p (August-September)

If you want to play rugby in Austin, you can.

Your dues keep the club running. They pay for referees, trainers, field upkeep, and the operating costs that make rugby possible.
Dues options:
15s Season: $400 annual or $50 per month
7s Season: $200

Register with USA Rugby (CIPP) to be match eligible
If you want to play, we’ll make it happen.
The Huns offer financial assistance for students, recent graduates, and players facing financial hardship.

No. Coaches and veterans will teach fundamentals, safety, and position basics.

Cleats, mouthguard, and water. We provide balls and cones. Jerseys and kit details are handled during the season.

Rugby Ranch, 4107 Nixon Ln. 15s practice Tue and Thu 7:00–9:00 pm. 7s practice Tue and Thu 6:30–8:30 pm. Summer Touch Thursdays 6:30 pm.

How much does it cost to play?
15s season dues are $400 for the year or $50 a month. The 7s season is $200. New to rugby? First-year players get a discount, and financial assistance is available for students, recent graduates, and anyone facing financial hardship. Dues cover referees, athletic trainers, and upkeep of the Ranch. Nobody gets turned away over money, talk to us.

Senior sides are 18 and up, with no upper age limit. Under 18? Our youth program runs from youth through middle school to high school, and our sister club the Austin Valkyries fields the women's sides.
Which team will I play on?
Which team will I play on?
The Huns field D1, D2, and D3 sides plus social rugby and a summer 7s program. Coaches place you based on experience, fitness, and availability. Everyone trains together on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and new players usually start with D3 or the social side and work their way up.

Just show up. Open practices run Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00–9:00 pm at the Huns Rugby Ranch, 4107 Nixon Ln, Austin, TX 78725. Bring cleats, a mouthguard, and water, introduce yourself to a coach, and you're in.
